As a player, you’ll step into the role of a seasoned FBC agent tasked with handling an increasingly volatile string of paranormal outbreaks. These incidents, often referred to as Firebreak events, threaten to unravel the fabric of reality itself. Here, players can levitate, throw objects with telekinetic force, and manipulate the environment to gain a tactical advantage. 

One standout feature of the game is the introduction of more varied enemy types, many of which are influenced by AWEs. These enemies possess unique abilities that challenge players to think strategically and make full use of their powers. The game's difficulty ramps up progressively, ensuring that even veteran players from Control will find themselves tested throughout their gaming experience. 

The introduction of co-op multiplayer in specific missions adds another layer of excitement to the game allowing up to three players.
